Administrative assistant

Your Job:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting with daily office management tasks, and helping ensure the efficient operation of Rubik Smart Solutions Ramallah office. This position is full-time and is based in Ramallah.

Your Responsibilities:

- Maintain the organization’s general filing system for HR and invoice documents.

- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences; manage office facility usage schedules.

- Coordinate training courses in locations across the West Bank.

- Prepare letters, reports and other documents in both Arabic and English.

- Take minutes and notes during staff meeting and events.

- Provide logistical assistance to project managers on project delivery.

- Manage incoming phone inquiries; greet and assist visitors to the organization’s office.

- Perfect knowledge of social media tools such as Twitter, Facebook, Google etc.

- Manage the growth of online communities across a variety of social media channels.

- Deliver and plan appropriate content on a variety of social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media or a related field.

- Strong face-to-face client service skills.

- Good written and spoken English: Must be able to interact with English-speaking clients and visitors by phone/email.

- Able to work daily (Sat – Thurs) in Ramallah.

- Able to work independently without direct supervision.

- Perfect knowledge of social media tools such as Twitter, Facebook, Google etc.

- Motivated, creative, and passionate.
